About Us

About US

Established in 1963, now in our 61st year, we are completely independent, we have no afiliation with any bank or financial company or other organisations.

We have always acted in the interested of our clients only, not the interests of any other party or organisation. We will never change that approach.

Our website does not use photo-library pictures of people who have never worked here, nor videos, nor any form of click-bait.

Our clients are hard working business owners who have no time for endless pages of time-wasting waffle. With us you get a no-nonsense straighforward message.

We know that business owners have a lot to get through each day and we will never waster either your time or ours.

Our function is to solve the financial difficulties which arise for Business Owners. We act for companies throughout England and Wales.

Your business is important, and not only to you.

Do you know how much Business Owners contribute to society's wellbeing?

95% of UK companies are SMEs. Those SME Business Oweners are the most important element in the UK economy. SMEs as a group employ vastly more people than the big companies.

Without you, who would create all the employment which is necessary for the UK economy to function?

Without you, who would create taxes to pay for the NHS, the Police, the Armed Forces, and so very much more?

You may say "But we are only a small company". Most big companies were once small companies. Hewlett Packard startes as two blokes in a one-car garage. Marks & Spencer didn't even have a garage, just a rickety old one-man market stall. Mr Marks had not fully learned English, but he worked hard and ended up as a multi-millionaire.

The now-huge Lloyds Bank started as two men (Mr Lloyd and Mr Taylor) in a tiny rented room in Birmingham.

James Dyson did not have any money to rent a room, he started in a garden shed. His company's income is now more than £7.1 billion p.a. (that's billion, not million).

Richard Branson similarly did not have rent money. He started by using a public telephone box (remember those?) and he sat outside it waiting for calls.

Alan Sugar (now Lord Sugar) started out with an old £50 van and sold car aerials (only £40-worth at first). In 2007 he sold his company to Sky for £127 million.

Toyota was founded by a Mr Toyoda in a one-room workshop. He made textile machines by hand, one machine at a time. Only later did he switch to making vehicles. Today his company is huge and is worth £billions.

The list of such examples is almost endless.

Without you, and so many others just like you, where would the UK be? So pat yourself on the back, and respect from us.
